What is included in my session fee?

Your $300 session fee includes the planning process, your in home or on location (Columbus, GA area) portrait session, and 30+ fully retouched high resolution digital images.

Do you have a studio?

I do not have a studio. Most of my boudoir clients prefer a comfortable in-home experience, but other locations in the Columbus area are available for a fee.

Can you do an outdoor boudoir shoot?

Absolutely! If you do an in-home boudoir session, we can also do some photos outdoor near your home.

Do you travel for photo sessions?

I’m absolutely open to it! I’d love to discuss options with you.

Are any prints or digitals included with my session fee?

30+ high resolution digital images with printing rights are included with your session.

Do you offer couples boudoir?

I do offer couples boudoir! I require a virtual consultation with both of you before officially booking you in. I take a unique, very personal approach to boudoir sessions, and this approach isn’t appropriate for every couple’s vibe—but it’s also perfect for some couples. So, I’ve found that a quick chat over a cup of coffee is the best way for everyone to decide if we’re the right fit for each other.

I want high quality prints. Where should I order them from?

When I send your high resolution digital images, I’ll provide you with my favorite lab recommendations.

Can you fix blemishes, dry skin, etc.?

Absolutely. Basic retouch is included in your session fee. The images you see in your proofing gallery will be completely retouched.

How many images will I see in my portrait gallery?

Most boudoir sessions yield about 30-50 final images.

I just need one portrait taken. Can you do this?

I take a variety of portraits in different poses and outfits, and you may be surprised at which images you like best. The result is a collection of soulful images that tell a story about who you are. Often, the best images come from the end of the session when you are the most relaxed! Taking just one photograph wouldn’t likely give great results.

Why can’t I see all of the images from my session?

You wouldn’t want to! I take a LOT of photos throughout the session to ensure I don’t miss the most precious opportunities to tell your story. But, within those photos are some funny faces, duplicates, and… well, the number can be truly overwhelming!

How long after the shoot will my proofing gallery be available?

Within 10-14 days of your portrait session, your gallery will be online to view.

How will I select which images I want to print?

It can be a tough decision! I’m available to help guide you through the process. If you need an extra set of eyes to help narrow down your favorites, I’m always happy to offer my opinion on which images best convey your story.

Do you offer payment plans or credit?

You can pay for any portion of your session or products using PayPal Credit, which can be applied for online. If payment plans are more your style, I offer those, too. I’m happy to offer more information on either of these options.

Why are you more expensive than other Boudoir photographers?

Finding the right boudoir photographer can be a confusing, somewhat daunting task. Boudoir is a highly sensitive subject of photography and it’s so important that you connect with your photographer—and, more importantly, that she connects with and understands you as a person. Still, the variation of prices can be tricky to navigate.

I wholeheartedly believe that the best boudoir images come from the best boudoir experience. Boudoir should be an experience where you are listened to, your values are heard and understood, and you are given space to tell your story. And more than that—you deserve a stress-free, easy-to-navigate experience. So our work together begins the day you book—not just the day of your session! I commit myself to delivering a creative, custom experience from start to finish, taking the pressure off of you to plan and come up with a vision for your session. I tailor each session to the needs and style of that client, delivering a luxury experience every time.

I use professional, well-cared for equipment to ensure the quality of your final product is excellent, too. Whether you order digitals or a custom designed album, you can expect a high end product to be delivered.

DO I NEED TO HAVE PROFESSIONAL HAIR & MAKEUP DONE BEFORE MY SESSION?

Do you want to? It never hurts to have the help of a pro, that’s for sure! But depending on your vibe, it’s not always necessary, and I’m happy to photograph you with or without. I’m here to help you make this decision (and recommend a fabulous local stylist) if you’re just not sure.

WILL YOU SHOW MY IMAGES ONLINE OR IN YOUR PORTFOLIO?

That’s up to you! I love showing off my gorgeous clients, but I’m no stranger to the sensitive nature of boudoir photography. If you want to keep your images private, no problem. Before your session, you’ll receive a digital “model release form,” where you can denote if and where you’re comfortable having your images shared.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY BOUDOIR SESSION? DO YOU PROVIDE ANY LINGERIE OR OUTFIT OPTIONS?

I don’t provide any physical clothing, but I do provide help! After booking your session, you’ll receive a comprehensive boudoir session planning guide which goes over clothing options and ideas. You and I will also have a meeting where we discuss the creative vision for your session so I can offer personalized suggestions. If you join my private boudoir Facebook group, you’ll also find some fabulous suggestions in there from both myself and my clients.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

In most cases, I request that no one who isn’t participating in the session attends. But if you’d like to make a girls’ day of your session, we can book both of your sessions together. This is also a great way to cost-share if you’d like to book a location for your session! However, if having a friend attend your session is especially important for you, we can discuss the pro’s and con’s during your consultation and come to the right decision for your unique session.
